Abstract

Ushbu ishda mehmonxonalarda korporativ madaniyatning tipologiyasi raqobatdosh qadriyatlar modeli asosida tahlil qilinadi. Unda klan, adhokratiya, bozor va ierarxiya madaniyat turlarining o‘ziga xos xususiyatlari, ularning mehmonxona faoliyatida namoyon bo‘lishi hamda xizmat sifatiga ta’siri yoritilgan. Shuningdek, turli madaniyat turlarining afzallik va kamchiliklari misollar asosida ko‘rib chiqilib, ularning raqobatbardoshlikni oshirishdagi ahamiyati ochib beriladi.
