Ushbu maqolada globallashuv sharoitida yoshlar ongiga ko‘rsatilayotgan mafkuraviy ta’sirlar, ularning ijtimoiy hayotdagi tutgan o‘rni hamda bu jarayonda mafkuraviy immunitetni shakllantirishning dolzarbligi tahlil qilinadi. Globallashuv bilan birga kirib kelayotgan yot g‘oyalar, ommaviy madaniyat va axborot xurujlari yosh avlodning dunyoqarashi, qadriyatlari va milliy o‘zligiga ta’sir ko‘rsatmoqda. Shu bois, yoshlarni mafkuraviy tahdidlardan himoya qilish, ularni mustahkam g‘oyaviy asosda tarbiyalash, tanqidiy fikrlash ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirish orqali mafkuraviy immunitetini yuksaltirish bugungi kunning eng muhim vazifalaridan biri sifatida qaraladi. Maqolada bu borada ta’lim tizimi, ommaviy axborot vositalari, oilaning o‘rni va davlat siyosatining ahamiyati yoritiladi. Mafkuraviy immunitetining yuksalishi – jamiyat barqarorligi va taraqqiyotining asosiy garovi ekani asoslab beriladi.

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasining Jahon savdo tashkilotiga (JST) a’zo bo‘lishining intellektual mulk huquqlarini tartibga solishdagi o‘rni va ahamiyati keng yoritiladi. Intellektual mulk sohasidagi xalqaro standartlar, xususan TRIPS bitimi (Savdo bilan bog‘liq intellektual mulk huquqlari to‘g‘risidagi bitim) doirasida O‘zbekiston zimmasiga yuklanadigan majburiyatlar va ularning milliy qonunchilikka ta’siri, shuningdek, JST a’zoligining ijtimoiy, iqtisodiy va huquqiy jihatdan qanday afzalliklar olib kelishi tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, so‘nggi yillarda O‘zbekiston qonunchiligida qabul qilingan normativ-huquqiy hujjatlar, ularning amaliyotdagi ahamiyati va JSTga a’zo bo‘lishdagi tayyorgarlik darajasi ham yoritilgan.

This article studies the effectiveness of introducing innovative technologies in the activities of dehkan farms using the example of the Kashkadarya region. The analysis reveals that the use of advanced technologies such as drip irrigation, agrodrone monitoring, and digital agroplatforms has significantly increased productivity, net profit, and resource efficiency. The study identifies economic efficiency criteria based on practical experience in 2023 and illustrates them with relevant tables and diagrams. Based on the results of the article, it is concluded that the economic sustainability of dehkan farms can be ensured through the widespread introduction of innovative technologies.

Использование метафоры и метонимии в узбекских фольклорных текстах является важным фактором, раскрывающим художественно-эстетические и семиотические особенности народного устного творчества. В статье анализируется специфика использования метафоры и метонимии в узбекских народных сказках, эпосах, пословицах, загадках и других фольклорных жанрах, а также их связь с культурными, социальными и нравственными ценностями. В исследовании рассматривается структурное и семантическое значение метафоры и метонимии, а также их роль в отражении мировоззрения народа. Используя семиотическую теорию Романа Якобсона и культурсемиотический подход Юрия Лотмы, тропы рассматриваются в фольклорных текстах не только как средство художественного выражения, но и как важный механизм выражения коллективного сознания, эстетического вкуса и социальных отношений народа. На основе многочисленных примеров из узбекского фольклора освещаются функциональные свойства метафоры и метонимии в различных жанрах. Исследование доказывает, что эти тропические орудия имеют большое значение в раскрытии глубинного смысла узбекского фольклора и демонстрации самобытности народной культуры.
