Mazkur maqolada yangi tugʻilgan chaqaloqlarda dastlabki mikrobiota shakllanishi va immun tizimi rivojlanishi oʻrtasidagi murakkab, ammo muvofiqlashgan o‘zaro ta’sirlar IMRAD tamoyillariga muvofiq tahlil qilindi. Mikrobiologiya shakllanishi iborasi maqola doirasida chaqaloq organizmida birlamchi kolonizatsiya, mikrobiota tarkibiy dinamikasi va funksional yetilishi jarayonlarini anglatadi. Kirish qismida tugʻruq yoʻli, onaning holati, perinatal antibiotiklar, atrof-muhit va ovqatlantirish omillari mikrobiota arxitekturasini shakllantirishi haqidagi ilmiy manbalar sharhlangan. Materiallar va usullar boʻlimida 2010–2024-yillarda e’lon qilingan ingliz tilidagi original tadqiqotlar va sharhlar bazalar boʻyicha qidiruv strategiyasi, tanlash mezonlari va baholash yondashuvi bayon etildi. Natijalar boʻlimida vaginal va kesarcha kesim orqali tugʻruq, ona suti va aralashmalar, erta antibiotiklar, uy-atrof va kontaktlar, shuningdek metabolitlar — ayniqsa, qisqa zanjirli yogʻ kislotalari immun tizimining innate va adaptive komponentlariga ta’siri ketma-ketlikda yoritildi.

ASSESSMENT OF IMMUNOLOGICAL REACTIVITY IN BLEEDING COMPLICATIONS OF GASTRIC AND DUOVENAL ULCERS AND ITS CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE

Gastric and duodenal ulcers, when complicated by bleeding, are still an urgent problem of emergency gastroenterology and surgery. In such cases, along with morphological changes, impaired immunological reactivity also plays an important role in the development of the disease. In experimentally formed gastric ulcers, an almost twofold decrease in the total number of thymocytes was observed, which is mainly explained by the effect of stress. Under the influence of stress factors, the number of cells in the lymph nodes, bone marrow (bone marrow) and thymus decreases significantly. Also, negative changes are observed in the processes of rosette formation and anti-tellogenesis.
