Abstract

This scientific thesis thoroughly analyzes the role and significance of corporate PR in modern business. The thesis outlines the primary tasks of corporate PR, including shaping and strengthening the company's image, managing public relations, ensuring communication during crisis situations, and developing internal communication strategies. It also examines the working methods of corporate PR, such as media planning, preparing press releases, engaging on social media, organizing events, managing sponsorship projects, and implementing information campaigns. Special attention is given to the impact of modern digital technologies and social media on PR activities. This thesis aims to deepen theoretical knowledge and develop practical skills in the field of corporate PR, offering recommendations for addressing related problems and their solutions.
