CAG before the intervention on the lower limb is indicated in about 30% of patients with DM and KINK, belonging to the group of patients with high cardiovascular risk. High risk in such patients was defined as a recent MI, angina pectoris of a high functional class, signs of severe BIM, life-threatening cardiac arrhythmias or signs of significant myocardial ischemia obtained as a result of tests to detect stress-induced myocardial ischemia
