Abstract

In this article, state civil servants as human resources should regularly develop their knowledge, qualifications and skills for the effective functioning of state bodies and organizations, to exercise their powers, as well as the content of the adopted regulatory legal documents on the development of professional competences of state civil servants. - its essence is explained in detail.
