Были обследованы 3 группы женщин фертильного возраста: с синдромом поликистозных яичников (n = 30), с гипоталамическим ожирением (n = 21) и с ожирением при первичном гипотиреозе (n = 20). Больным проведены общеклинические, биохимические, гормональные методы исследования. Изучили особенности клинического течения ожирения у женщин фертильного возраста и разработали алгоритм диагностики.
