Abstract

According to our national legislation, persons under the age of 18 are considered minors. In our country, special attention is paid to protecting the rights and legal interests of minors, to creating all the conditions for them to grow up as fully-fledged individuals. This article analyzes issues of criminal liability applied to persons under the age of 18 in Uzbekistan.
