This article explores the impact of social media on the lives of young people. Social media platforms have become an integral part of modern life, especially among youth, influencing their communication, learning, and social interactions. The study examines both the positive and negative effects of social media: while it provides opportunities for knowledge acquisition, networking, and skill development, it can also lead to time mismanagement, exposure to misinformation, and decreased attention to real-life activities. The article emphasizes the importance of responsible and balanced use of social media to maximize its benefits while minimizing potential risks.
