Abstract

Ushbu maqolada xurmo mevasining biologik va kimyoviy xususiyatlari, saqlash jarayonidagi muammolar, saqlash usullari hamda qayta ishlash texnologiyalari tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, zamonaviy texnologiyalar asosida xurmodan quritilgan mahsulotlar, sharbat, murabbo, kukun va boshqa qayta ishlangan mahsulotlar tayyorlash bo‘yicha ma’lumotlar keltirilgan.
