This article discusses the issues of forming and developing performance style skills in the process of playing an instrument, in particular, in playing the accordion. Performance style is a harmonious manifestation of the performer's technical skills, means of expression, individual approach to the text of the work, and aesthetic taste. The study analyzes the role of technical and expressive means inherent in accordion performance, including notation, register change, dynamic transitions, legato and staccato methods. The article also provides methodological recommendations for forming a performance style based on the musical analysis of accordion works. Pedagogical methods aimed at developing the student's individual creativity, conscious understanding of musical expression, and ensuring freedom on stage are of great importance in the approach. The results of the study serve to effectively organize practical classes in accordion performance and improve the professional training of students.

Проанализировать с применением тканевой миокардиальной допплерографии (ТМД) влияние коронарного шунтирования на диастолическую функцию (ДФ) у пациентов с ишемической болезнью сердца (ИБС) и сахарным диабетом (СД) 2-го типа с сохраненной систолической функцией левого желудочка (ЛЖ). Увеличение числа больных сахарным диабетом 2-го типа является одной из причин постоянного роста численности больных с ИБС. Учитывая характер поражения сосудистого русла у больных СД 2-го типа, реваскуляризация миокарда играет важную роль при лечении ИБС в этой группе пациентов.

EFFECT OF CHANGING THE WATER COMPOSITION IN THE ELECTROLYTE ON THE MORPHOLOGY OF TiO2 NANOTUBE

The effect of varying H₂O and F^-concentration in electrolytes on TiO₂ morphology has been extensively studied. The effect of fluoride content during anodization has little effect on nanotube diameter and oxide layer growth [1], but leads to tube length, its growth rate, and higher order [2-3]. In contrast the amount of water in the anodizing cell significantly increases the pore diameter, but reduces the oxide expansion coefficient, pore length, growth rate and efficiency. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) was used to monitor the growth of the barrier layer formed during the anodization of TiO₂ in an electrolyte containing F^- ions, which also allowed us to study the effects of the concentration of F^- ions in the solution and the pH medium of the electrolyte. Остеоартрит (ОА) – возрастающая проблема общественного здоровья вследствие повышения распространенности ожирения и увеличения числа пожилых людей в популяции. В статье представлены распространенность, предикторы развития и прогрессирования остеоартрита коленных суставов (ОКС), а также освещены проблемы влияния ожирения на развитие, прогрессирование, тяжесть остеоартроза. Показано, что снижение массы тела у пациентов с ожирением и ОА ведет к уменьшению клинических проявлений. Приведены клиническая классификация ОКС, клиническая картина заболевания в зависимости от локализации процесса, топические особенности вовлечения суставов при разных вариантах ОКС. Описаны клинические и лабораторно-инструментальные методы диагностики заболевания, классификационные и диагностические критерии, большое внимание уделено современным принципам терапии ОКС в соответствии с узбекскими клиническими рекомендациями, а также рекомендациями EULAR, ACR и АРР.

Ushbu maqolada deontologik madaniyat tushunchasi va uning mazmun-mohiyati chuqur tahlil qilinib, uni rivojlantirishda samarali pedagogik metodlarning o‘rni va ahamiyati o‘rganiladi. Deontologik madaniyat – bu shaxsning axloqiy mas’uliyati, kasbiy burchga sodiqligi va ijtimoiy munosabatlardagi odob-axloq qoidalariga amal qilishi bilan bog‘liq bo‘lgan kompleks sifatdir. Mazkur madaniyatni shakllantirishda va mustahkamlashda interaktiv o‘qitish metodlari, amaliy mashg‘ulotlar, kasbiy etika bo‘yicha treninglar, rolli o‘yinlar, muammoli vaziyatlar asosida tahlil qilish kabi zamonaviy pedagogik yondashuvlar muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Pedagogik metodlar orqali nafaqat nazariy bilimlar balki, amaliy ko‘nikmalar, mustaqil fikrlash, ijtimoiy mas’uliyat va kasbiy axloqqa sodiqlik ham shakllanadi.
