GETEROSIKLIK BIRIKMALARNING TIBBIYOTDAGI AHAMIYATI

Ushbu maqolada geterosiklik birikmalarning kimyoviy tuzilishi, biologik faolligi hamda tibbiyot amaliyotidagi o‘rni kompleks yondashuv asosida tahlil qilinadi. Geterosiklik tizimlar tarkibida uglerod atomidan tashqari azot, kislorod yoki oltingugurt kabi geteroatomlarning mavjudligi ularning farmakologik xossalarini belgilovchi asosiy omil hisoblanadi. Tadqiqotda azotli, kislorodli va oltingugurtli geterosikllarning dori vositalari tarkibidagi ulushi, ularning molekulyar nishonlar bilan o‘zaro ta’sir mexanizmlari, biofaollikni oshirishdagi strukturaviy ahamiyati va klinik qo‘llanilishi yoritiladi. Zamonaviy farmatsevtika sanoatida yaratilayotgan preparatlarning katta qismi geterosiklik fragmentlarga ega bo‘lib, ular antibiotiklar, o‘smaga qarshi vositalar, yallig‘lanishga qarshi preparatlar, neyrotrop dorilar hamda antifungal moddalarning struktur asosini tashkil etadi. Xususan, β-laktam halqasiga ega bo‘lgan Penicillin, xinolon hosilasi bo‘lgan Ciprofloxacin, antimetabolit preparat Methotrexate hamda benzodiazepin guruhiga mansub Diazepam kabi dorilar geterosiklik tuzilmaning klinik samaradorlikdagi ahamiyatini tasdiqlaydi. Shuningdek, DNK va RNK tarkibidagi azotli asoslar — Adenine, Guanine, Cytosine, Thymine — geterosiklik tuzilishga ega bo‘lib, tirik organizm hayotiy jarayonlarining molekulyar asosini tashkil qiladi. Maqolada geterosiklik birikmalarning biologik retseptorlar bilan bog‘lanish xususiyatlari, ularning lipofillik va gidrofillik muvozanatini boshqarishdagi roli hamda yangi dori vositalarini yaratishdagi istiqbollari ilmiy jihatdan asoslab beriladi. Mazkur ish farmatsevtik kimyo, biokimyo va klinik farmakologiya yo‘nalishlarida geterosiklik birikmalarning nazariy hamda amaliy ahamiyatini yoritishga qaratilgan bo‘lib, zamonaviy tibbiyotda ularning o‘rni beqiyos ekanligi ilmiy dalillar asosida ko‘rsatib beriladi.
