Abstract

Yurak-qon tomir kasalliklari (YKTs) dunyo bo‘yicha eng ko‘p uchraydigan sog‘liq muammolaridan biri hisoblanadi. So‘nggi tadqiqotlar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, mikroorganizmlar — bakteriya, virus va hatto ichak mikrobiomining tarkibi — yurak salomatligiga sezilarli ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Ushbu maqolada yurak kasalliklarida mikroorganizmlarning roli keng qamrovli tahlil qilinadi. Birinchi bo‘limda bakterial va viral infektsiyalarning yurak faoliyatiga ta’siri o‘rganiladi. Masalan, Streptococcus turidagi bakteriyalar revmatik yurak kasalligini keltirib chiqarishi, Chlamydia pneumoniae esa ateroskleroz rivojlanishida hissa qo‘shishi mumkinligi qayd etiladi. Ikkinchi bo‘lim ichak mikrobiomining yurak-qon tomir kasalliklariga ta’sirini muhokama qiladi.
