Author Guidelines

Manuscript types

  • Research article — 4,000 to 8,000 words including references
  • Review article — 6,000 to 12,000 words
  • Short communication — 1,500 to 3,000 words
  • Case study — 3,000 to 6,000 words
  • Letter to the editor — up to 1,000 words

Format

  • File format: Microsoft Word (.docx) or LaTeX (provide PDF compile)
  • Page size: A4, 1-inch (2.54 cm) margins all around
  • Font: Times New Roman 12pt or equivalent serif
  • Line spacing: 1.5 lines, single column

Required sections

  1. Title (concise, ≤ 20 words)
  2. Author block — full names, ORCID, affiliations, corresponding author email
  3. Structured abstract — 200–300 words (Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion)
  4. Keywords — 5–8 terms, comma-separated
  5. Main text — Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion (IMRaD)
  6. Funding statement and conflict-of-interest disclosure
  7. References — APA 7th edition by default

Submission

Register on the OJS portal, click "Make a Submission" and follow the five-step wizard. Submissions are screened for scope, ethics and similarity within 24 hours.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements:

  1. The manuscript is original and has not been previously published, nor is it under consideration in any other venue.
  2. The submission file is in Microsoft Word (.docx) or LaTeX (with PDF compile) format.
  3. The text is single-spaced, uses 12-point Times New Roman font and is formatted with 1.5 line spacing.
  4. Figures and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points; supplementary high-resolution source files are available.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  6. All authors have approved the submission and are listed with full names, affiliations and ORCID identifiers.
  7. Conflicts of interest, funding sources and any AI tool usage are disclosed.
  8. References follow APA 7th edition (default) or another accepted style agreed with the section editor.
  9. Where applicable, ethical approval documentation is included for research involving human subjects.
