Submissions
Submission Preparation Checklist
All submissions must meet the following requirements:
- The manuscript is original and has not been previously published, nor is it under consideration in any other venue.
- The submission file is in Microsoft Word (.docx) or LaTeX (with PDF compile) format.
- The text is single-spaced, uses 12-point Times New Roman font and is formatted with 1.5 line spacing.
- Figures and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points; supplementary high-resolution source files are available.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
- All authors have approved the submission and are listed with full names, affiliations and ORCID identifiers.
- Conflicts of interest, funding sources and any AI tool usage are disclosed.
- References follow APA 7th edition (default) or another accepted style agreed with the section editor.
- Where applicable, ethical approval documentation is included for research involving human subjects.

Authors are responsible for obtaining permission for any third-party material (figures, tables, extended quotations) and including the attribution in their article.

The names and email addresses entered in this conference site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of the conference and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.
What we collect. Account information you provide (name, email, affiliation, ORCID), submission and review metadata, and anonymous usage analytics (page views, referrer).
How we use it. Personal data is used solely to operate the editorial process, register DOIs and communicate with authors and reviewers. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing.
Cookies. Only essential cookies (session, language preference) are used. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are placed.
