This paper explores the architectural design of intelligent educational management systems (IEMS) in higher education institutions. The study focuses on the integration of artificial intelligence, data-driven management, and scalable system architectures. A multi-layered architectural framework is proposed, incorporating data acquisition, storage, processing, and decision-support components. The paper also discusses algorithmic foundations and practical implications for improving efficiency and adaptability in university management.
