Abstract

One of the most significant factors defining the national identity of a people is their language. The Karakalpak language belongs to the Turkic language family and is characterized as an agglutinative language. In linguistic studies, special attention is given to its morphological structure, grammatical rules, and especially the system of word formation through suffixation. This system brings Karakalpak linguistically closer to Uzbek, Kazakh, and other Turkic languages in terms of phonetic and morphological features.
