Abstract

This study examines the strategic approaches employed by Turkey, Iran, and China in developing and implementing online education platforms, with particular focus on their teaching projection methodologies. The findings reveal significant variations in strategic priorities, with Turkey emphasizing accessibility and European integration, Iran focusing on domestic content development and cultural preservation, and China pursuing technological innovation and scalable solutions. These differences reflect broader socio-political contexts and educational philosophies that shape online learning environments. The study contributes to understanding comparative digital education strategies and their implications for global educational development.
