In this article analyzed the legal nature of the acts of the Constitutional Court. Author highlighted the implementation of the decisions of the Constitutional Court of foreign countries and made comparative analysis with the legislation of the Uzbekistan. Also carried out proposal and recommendations into legislation to improve this sphere.
