NATIONAL VALUES AND GENDER EQUALITY: AN AXIOLOGICAL INTERPRETATION OF TRADITIONAL NORMS AND THE PRINCIPLE OF EQUALITY IN UZBEKISTAN

The article analyzes the relationship between national values and gender equality from an axiological point of view. Normative-conceptual analysis distinguishes between value, normative interpretation and practical form. An interpretation model based on the Constitution, the Family Code, and philosophical sources is proposed. The model considers consent, responsibility, participation, and opportunities in their interrelatedness.
