CLINICAL AND IMMUNOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF STABLE ANGINA PECTORIS IN ELDERLY WOMEN WITH CONCOMITANT ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION

A comprehensive examination of 208 elderly women (60-74 years; mean age 66.0±6.0 years) with ischemic heart disease and arterial hypertension of II–III degrees was conducted. The main group consisted of patients with stable angina pectoris (SS) of functional classes I-III: FC-1-58 (32.6%), FC-2 — 62 (34.8%), FC-3 — 58 (32.6%). The comparison group included 30 patients with progressive angina pectoris. Clinical, biochemical and immunological parameters were studied. The relationship between the level of cytokines and the severity of the disease was revealed. Prognostic criteria for the course of SS in elderly women with hypertension have been developed, which help clarify the diagnosis and individualize therapy.

Статья анализирует тематику женских произведений, уделяя особое внимание проблемам женщины в семье и обществе, а также социальным реформам. Отмечается переход от романтического изображения героинь, борющихся с традициями, но остающихся беспомощными, к появлению образа новой кувейтской женщины, осознающей себя как личность и способной бороться за свою независимость. Также рассматривается эволюция кувейтской новеллистики от традиционных сюжетов к сложным художественным приемам, заимствованным из мировой литературы, что способствовало обогащению художественного языка и совершенствованию формы.

Investors increasingly demand transparent, data-driven ESG disclosures, but traditional reporting frameworks (e.g. GRI, SASB) rely on manual, qualitative processes that are slow and inconsistent. Artificial intelligence – especially natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision – promises to augment ESG measurement by automatically extracting metrics from unstructured sources like corporate reports and satellite imagery. This study uses a systematic literature review and case studies (Morningstar Sustainalytics and Truvalue Labs) to evaluate how such AI tools work and how reliable they are. We assess model performance (precision and recall) in text and image analysis, compare AIderived metrics with conventional scores, and sketch how auditors could integrate AI outputs into assurance workflows. Our findings suggest that while modern AI models substantially improve data coverage and timeliness, issues of explainability, bias, and auditability remain.

This article examines the communicative and functional dimensions of vocative expressions – referred to in Uzbek as undalmalar – within rhetorical discourse. Drawing upon both classical Uzbek literary exemplars (Navoi’s ghazals) and contemporary analyses in English pragmatics, it maps how direct address forms operate at the interface of syntax, pragmatics, and discourse. The study first contextualizes undalmalar in Uzbek poetic tradition, demonstrating their evolution from dialogic invocation to markers of interpersonal stance. It then integrates findings from formal syntactic accounts, speech-act theory, and digital corpus investigations to reveal four principal functions of vocatives: anchoring addressee participation, signaling speaker attitude, managing discourse turns, and indexing social solidarity. By juxtaposing Sufi-inspired classical uses with modern pragmatic markers, the article argues that vocatives remain pivotal in constructing persuasive texture and engagement across genres.

This narrative article examines how medical terminology has evolved within media discourse from its classical Latin–Greek roots to contemporary digital contexts. Drawing on diachronic studies of medical lexicon development (Carretero Sáenz, 2014), register analyses in English for Medical Purposes pedagogy (Bowcher & Morley, 2014), and classifications of term usage in Uzbek media (Science and Innovation, 2024), it integrates sociolinguistic and discourse-analytic perspectives. The article investigates mechanisms of term coinage, borrowing, and neologization as reflected in print, broadcast, and online platforms. It also considers the normative role of Latin-based morphology (Titiyevska et al., 2016) alongside the impact of computational tools on terminological standardization (Galitsky, 2023). Uzbek-authored contributions (Raimqulov, 2023; Science and Innovation, 2024) are highlighted alongside methodological insights into medical language analysis (Sager, 2023). By mapping this trajectory, the paper illuminates how media narratives both preserve precision and foster innovation in medical vocabulary.
