This thesis discusses the main causes, symptoms, risk factors, diagnostic approaches, treatment principles, and preventive measures of cardiovascular insufficiency. Special attention is paid to the importance of early detection, timely medical care, healthy lifestyle, patient education, and the role of medical workers in prevention. The paper emphasizes that cardiovascular insufficiency is not only a clinical problem, but also a public health issue requiring systematic preventive work among the population.
