Abstract

This paper examines the application of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in automating management processes in higher education institutions. Key areas of AI implementation are analyzed, including administrative automation, intelligent scheduling, data-driven decision-making, and personalized learning management. A conceptual model of an AI-based management system is proposed, aimed at improving efficiency, transparency, and adaptability of university governance.
