Abstract

anjir (Ficus carica L.) mevasi o‘zining boy kimyoviy tarkibi va yuqori biologik faolligi bilan ajralib turadi. Uning tarkibida uglevodlar, organik kislotalar, vitaminlar, mineral moddalar hamda biologik faol birikmalar, jumladan polifenollar va antioksidantlar mavjud. Ushbu moddalarning mavjudligi anjirning inson organizmiga ijobiy ta’sir ko‘rsatishini, xususan immunitetni mustahkamlash, ovqat hazm qilishni yaxshilash va erkin radikallar ta’sirini kamaytirishda muhim ahamiyatga ega ekanligini ko‘rsatadi. Mazkur ishda anjir mevasining kimyoviy tarkibi va biologik faolligi ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi.
