Abstract

This article evaluates the factors influencing innovation management in digital service industries using econometric methods. The study presents the correlation between five potential factors (digital investment, organizational flexibility, management competence, industry size, competitive pressure), a regression model based on two main factors, and a statistical test of the interaction (moderation) effect between them. Econometrically based recommendations are developed to improve the effectiveness of innovation management.
