Mazkur maqolada inklyuziv ta’lim muhitida pedagog kasbiy kompetensiyasini takomillashtirish hamda bu jarayonda namoyon bo‘ladigan psixologik jihatlar tahlil qilinadi. Inklyuziv ta’limda pedagogdan maxsus ehtiyojli o‘quvchilar bilan ishlash, individual yondashuvni qo‘llash, empatiya va kommunikativ kompetensiyalarni rivojlantirish talab etilishi yoritiladi.
