In the contemporary world, although the protection of human rights has become a global priority, sexual violence against children remains one of the most severe and latent forms of crime. This offense, which violates a child’s physical integrity and psychological health, poses a grave threat not only to their future but also to the sustainable development of society as a whole. The advancement of digital technologies and the rise of threats in cyberspace have further complicated this issue, necessitating a comprehensive review of traditional protection mechanisms.
