This article analyzes modern mechanisms aimed at legalizing the shadow economy in Uzbekistan and evaluates their impact on economic growth. The study examines institutional and digital reforms implemented in recent years, including tax administration modernization, electronic invoicing systems, online cash registers, digital product labeling, cashback programs, and the expansion of cashless payments. Furthermore, the paper assesses the influence of these reforms on Gross Domestic Product (GDP), tax revenues, and economic transparency. The findings indicate that the formalization of economic activities contributes significantly to sustainable economic growth, fiscal stability, and the improvement of the investment climate.
