Abstract

This article examines the complex interplay between traditional and modern performing arts, analyzing their distinct characteristics and shared evolutionary paths. It investigates how traditional forms adapt to contemporary contexts, often facing pressures of globalization and technological advancement while striving for authenticity. Concurrently, the paper explores how modern performing arts draw inspiration from heritage, reinterpreting classical elements through innovative techniques and cross-cultural fusions. Ultimately, this study highlights the dynamic tension and symbiotic relationship crucial for the continued vitality and relevance of performing arts in a globalized world.
