ACHIEVING SDG 4 OBJECTIVES IN LANGUAGE EDUCATION THROUGH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES

This article explores the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies in language education and their contribution to achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG 4: Quality Education). The study examines the impact of AI-powered educational platforms, intelligent tutoring systems, automated assessment tools, and interactive learning environments on the language learning process. Particular attention is given to the potential of AI technologies to support personalized learning, improve educational quality, expand access to learning resources, and promote inclusive education. Furthermore, the article discusses the opportunities and challenges associated with integrating AI into language teaching and learning. The findings suggest that the effective implementation of AI technologies can enhance language learning outcomes, foster communicative competence, and contribute significantly to the achievement of SDG 4 by ensuring equitable and quality education for all learners.
