Abstract

Mazkur ilmiy tezisda taʼlim muassasalarida gender tengligini boshqarish mexanizmlarining samaradorligini baholash masalalari tadqiq etilgan. Tadqiqotda gender tengligini taʼminlashga qaratilgan institutsional, tashkiliy, huquqiy va pedagogik mexanizmlarning natijadorligi tahlil qilinib, 2023-2025 yillar davomida erishilgan ko‘rsatkichlar o‘rganilgan. Xalqaro tashkilotlar, jumladan UNESCO va UNICEF maʼlumotlari asosida gender tengligini boshqarishning zamonaviy yondashuvlari tahlil qilinib, taʼlim tizimida gender muvozanatini taʼminlash bo‘yicha takliflar ishlab chiqilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari taʼlim muassasalarida genderga oid boshqaruv siyosatini takomillashtirish va inklyuziv taʼlim sifatini oshirishga xizmat qiladi.
