Abstract

This thesis examines the issues of developing the organization of innovative banking services in commercial banks. As a result of the analysis, the main problems were identified, including the stability of technological infrastructure, the identification system, the low level of diversification of innovative products, the weak integration of artificial intelligence, and staffing provision.
