Abstract

This article explores the role of narrative strategies and genre hybridization in contemporary fiction, focusing on how these elements contribute to the construction of literary meaning. Drawing on narratological and genre-theoretical frameworks, the study examines key techniques such as non-linear narration, shifting perspectives, metafiction, and unreliable narration. It also investigates the integration of diverse genre elements within single texts. The research is based on qualitative textual analysis and demonstrates that contemporary fiction is characterized by formal innovation and interpretive openness, reflecting the complexity and fragmentation of modern reality.
