Mazkur maqolada ichki ishlar organlarining yo‘l harakati xavfsizligini ta’minlash sohasida raqamlashtirish va sun’iy intellekt texnologiyalarini joriy etish jarayonlari tahlil qilingan. Xususan, Yaponiya tajribasi asosida intellektual transport tizimlari, katta ma’lumotlar (big data), avtomatlashtirilgan boshqaruv va prognozlashtirish mexanizmlarining o‘ziga xos jihatlari yoritilgan. Shuningdek, sun’iy intellekt texnologiyalarining yo‘l-transport hodisalarini kamaytirish, profilaktika ishlarini takomillashtirish va boshqaruv samaradorligini oshirishdagi ahamiyati ilmiy manbalar asosida tahlil etilgan. Maqolada Yaponiya tajribasining institutsional, texnologik va huquqiy jihatlari ko‘rib chiqilib, ushbu tajribani O‘zbekiston sharoitida qo‘llash imkoniyatlari asoslab berilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari ichki ishlar organlari faoliyatini modernizatsiya qilish va raqamli transformatsiya jarayonlarini samarali amalga oshirishda muhim ilmiy-amaliy ahamiyatga ega.
