Abstract

Ushbu maqolada pedagoglar faoliyatida kasbiy so‘nish sindromining yuzaga kelish sabablari va uning psixologik oqibatlari tadqiq etiladi. Tadqiqotning asosiy e’tibori stressga bardoshlilikni (resilience) kasbiy deformatsiyaga qarshi ichki resurs sifatida rivojlantirish mexanizmlariga qaratilgan. Maqolada stressni boshqarishning individual va tashkiliy strategiyalari tizimlashtirilgan.
