Hemorrhagic disorders are characterized by abnormal bleeding resulting from disturbances in vascular structure, platelet function, coagulation factors, or fibrinolytic activity. Examines the pathology, physiological mechanisms, and diagnostic approaches related to hemorrhagic conditions. The pathological classification includes vascular abnormalities, platelet disorders, coagulation factor deficiencies, and mixed systemic conditions such as disseminated intravascular coagulation. The physiological basis of bleeding is explained through the stages of hemostasis, including primary and secondary clot formation, regulatory anticoagulant systems, and fibrinolysis.
