Abstract

The rapid digital transformation of modern education has significantly increased the demand for innovative electronic learning resources (ELRs). However, the effective implementation of such resources requires systematic classification and a well-structured pedagogical framework. This study explores the classification of innovative electronic learning resources and proposes pedagogical foundations for their effective integration into the educational process. The research analyzes various types of electronic learning resources, including multimedia modules, interactive simulations, adaptive platforms, virtual laboratories, and digital assessment tools. Based on contemporary digital pedagogy and competency-based education principles, a structured framework for effective implementation is developed. The findings highlight that systematic integration of innovative ELRs enhances learner engagement, supports individualized instruction, and improves academic performance. The study contributes to the development of sustainable digital education practices by establishing methodological guidelines for educators and institutions.
