BMTning inson huquqlari bo`yicha shartnomaviy organlarining tarkibida a’zolik ma’lum talablarni bajarishni talab qiladi. A’zolik uchun eng acvvalo a’zo shartnomani ratifikatsiya qilgan davlat fuqarosi bo`lishi va ma’lum bir soha bo`yicha mutaxasislikka ega bo`lishi lozim.
