Abstract

This article provides information on the history of gastronomic tourism in Uzbekistan in a chronological order, as well as details of reforms and future plans in this area during the years of independence, the importance of the place of this species in the tourism industry, gastronomic associations, institutions and organizations. Today's achievements in the field of gastronomic tourism are partially illustrated, the breadth of domestic opportunities of this species is shown, as well as a number of scientific and practical proposals for the development of gastronomic tourism.
