1. Authors’ rights

1.1. The exclusive right and the moral rights in a published material remain with the author and the co-authors. Publication of a material in conference proceedings does not effect any alienation of the exclusive right in favour of the publisher.

1.2. The author grants ООО «Академический издательский дом» (Academic Publishing House LLC) a simple (non-exclusive) royalty-free licence to use the material by the means necessary for its publication, archiving and indexing (clause 9.2 of the Public Offer).

1.3. The author is entitled to deposit a published material in personal and institutional repositories, on academic social networks and on other resources, and to use it in teaching and research — subject to citing the original source and the DOI.

2. The CC BY 4.0 licence

2.1. The Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence allows any person freely to:

• share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format;
• adapt — remix, transform and build upon the material;
• use the material for any purpose, including commercially.

2.2. The only condition of use is attribution: appropriate credit must be given, a link to the original source and to the licence must be provided, and any changes made must be indicated.

2.3. The licensor cannot revoke the permissions granted by the licence so long as the licensee complies with its terms. The full text of the licence is available at creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/.

3. Citation

3.1. When using a published material, a bibliographic reference must be given containing: the surname and initials of the author (authors), the title of the material, the title of the conference proceedings, the year of publication, the page range and the DOI.

3.2. Lawful quotation for academic, polemical, critical and informational purposes is permitted without the author’s consent and without payment of remuneration, but subject to mandatory indication of the author’s name and of the source of the borrowing, and to the extent justified by the purpose of the quotation (Article 1274 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).

4. DOI

4.1. Each published material is assigned a DOI (Digital Object Identifier), which provides it with a persistent address on the Internet regardless of any change to the page address.

4.2. A reference to a material by DOI takes the form https://doi.org/<DOI>. Stating the DOI in a bibliographic reference is mandatory.

4.3. The publication metadata associated with the DOI is transferred to the digital identifier registration system and is available for machine processing.

5. Retraction of a publication

5.1. Where material breaches are identified — plagiarism, falsification of data, duplicate publication or infringement of third-party rights — a publication may be retracted. The record of the material is retained and a retraction notice stating the reason is added to it.

5.2. An application for the retraction of a publication is to be sent to info@econferences.ru.

6. Publisher’s rights

6.1. The rights in the compilation of the proceedings, their design and layout belong to ООО «Академический издательский дом» (Academic Publishing House LLC) (Article 1260 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).

6.2. This provision does not restrict the rights of users in respect of individual materials granted by the CC BY 4.0 licence.
