The article examines the significance of the Latin language as the foundation of medical terminology in the context of healthcare digitalization. The directions of artificial intelligence application in the processing of medical texts containing Latin vocabulary are analyzed. The necessity of standardization and algorithmic adaptation of Latin terminology for the effective functioning of intelligent medical systems is substantiated.
