Abstract

In recent decades, the prevalence of cerebrovascular diseases, including strokes, has been increasing, remaining a leading cause of disability in elderly individuals [4, 46]. Within a year after a stroke, approximately 30% of patients lose the ability to live independently [14, 47]. One of the priorities of healthcare in Russia is to slow the growth of disability through the development of rehabilitation, including neurorehabilitation.
