Ta’lim sohasida sun’iy intellekt (AI) texnologiyalarini qo‘llash inson kapitalini rivojlantirishda muhim ahamiyatga ega. AI o‘quv jarayonini individualizatsiya qilish, bilimlarni tezkor va samarali tahlil qilish, o‘quv jarayonidagi muvaffaqiyatsizliklarni aniqlash va ularni bartaraf etishda samarali vosita sifatida xizmat qiladi. Shu orqali talabalar va xodimlarning bilim darajasi, kasbiy ko‘nikmalari va ijodiy salohiyati oshadi. AI shuningdek, ta’lim tizimining boshqaruv jarayonini optimallashtiradi, resurslarni samarali taqsimlash va innovatsion yondashuvlarni tatbiq etish imkonini beradi. Natijada, inson kapitali kuchayadi, mehnat unumdorligi ortadi va iqtisodiy rivojlanish uchun qulay sharoit yaratiladi.
