Abstract

Perinatal infektsiyalar homila va yangi tug‘ilgan chaqaloqning nevrologik rivojlanishiga sezilarli ta’sir ko‘rsatadi va ularning rivojlanishdagi buzilishlariga olib kelishi mumkin. Bu infektsiyalar bakterial, virusli va parazitar agentlar tomonidan yuzaga keladi va homilalik davrida, tug‘ilganidan keyingi dastlabki kunlarda yoki dastlabki haftalarda markaziy nerv tizimiga ta’sir qilishi mumkin. Natijada motor, kognitiv, ijtimoiy va hissiy rivojlanishning turli darajadagi buzilishlari paydo bo‘lishi mumkin. Perinatal infektsiyalarning erta aniqlanishi va profilaktik choralar qo‘llanishi bolaning keyingi nevrologik rivojlanishini sezilarli darajada yaxshilashi mumkin. Shu bilan birga, maqolada infektsiyalarning turli shakllari, ularning markaziy nerv tizimiga ta’sir mexanizmlari, klinik belgilar, diagnostika usullari va zamonaviy profilaktika strategiyalari batafsil ko‘rib chiqilgan. Tadqiqotlar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, antibiotik va antiviral terapiya, emlashlar, prenatal skrining va xavfli omillarni boshqarish orqali perinatal infektsiyalar natijasida yuzaga keladigan nevrologik buzilishlar xavfini kamaytirish mumkin. Shu bois, perinatal infektsiyalar va ularning nevrologik rivojlanishga ta’siri pediatriya va neonatologiya amaliyotida dolzarb mavzu hisoblanadi.
