Corruption severely diminishes the effectiveness of project management. On an international scale, the interactions between public and private sectors, as well as injustices during the project implementation process, can lead to corruption. Corruption not only undermines the outcomes of projects but also erodes trust between governments and international organizations. Therefore, preventing corruption in project management is crucial for achieving development and sustainable growth. This article scientifically analyzes the key measures for preventing corruption in project management and evaluates their effectiveness.
