Abstract

This thesis analyzes cultural diversity from a linguistic point of view. Culture and language are inextricably linked and are an important factor in social communication, identification, and the transmission of spiritual heritage in different societies. The study studies the linguistic manifestations of cultural diversity, multilingualism, and processes of interlingual interaction from the point of view of linguistics. It also examines the interaction of linguistic cultures in the context of globalization, the problem of language extinction, and strategies for their preservation. The thesis covers the sociocultural role of language, code-switching, language interference, and intercultural communication.
