This article explores the different technology tools available for leadership development of higher education students. However, the effectiveness of these tools depends on several factors, such as the specific tool being used, the design of the leadership development program, and the characteristics of the students involved. The study also identifies several challenges associated with using technology for leadership development, but concludes that technology tools can be a valuable addition to leadership development programs in higher education.
