By conducting a literature review and analyzing key political, economic, and social developments, the article demonstrates how a thorough understanding of Uzbekistan's latest history is crucial for scholars, policymakers, and the international community. The article concludes that examining Uzbekistan's recent past provides valuable insights into its current challenges, future trajectory, and significance in Central Asia and beyond.
