КЛИНИКО-АНАМНЕСТИЧЕСКИЕ ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКИ БЕРЕМЕННЫХ С РУБЦОМ НА МАТКЕ И ИСХОДЫ ПРОБНЫХ РОДОВ ПОСЛЕ КЕСАРЕВА СЕЧЕНИЯ: РЕТРОСПЕКТИВНЫЙ АНАЛИЗ

По данным анализа региональной статистики Янгиюльского района за 2021–2025 гг., частота кесарева сечения увеличилась с 28,9% до 41,8%, что свидетельствует о сохраняющейся тенденции к росту оперативного родоразрешения. При этом среди 1873 женщин с рубцом на матке после предшествующего кесарева сечения только 26 были родоразрешены через естественные родовые пути (VBAC- vaginal birth after cesarean). Суммарная доля VBAC за пятилетний период составила всего 1,4%, колеблясь по отдельным годам в пределах 0,9–1,8%. Таким образом, на фоне увеличения общей частоты кесарева сечения возможность вагинального родоразрешения женщин с рубцом на матке в реальной клинической практике используется крайне ограниченно.
