Ushbu tezisda HR (inson resurslarini boshqarish) va loyiha boshqaruvi integratsiyasi sharoitida kadrlar motivatsiyasini oshirish modellarini ilmiy asosda tahlil qilishga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqotda HR-loyiha integratsiyasi darajasi bilan kadrlar motivatsiyasi hamda loyiha samaradorligi o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlik aralash (mixed-methods) metodologiya asosida baholanadi va integratsiyalashgan motivatsiya modeli taklif etiladi.
