This article examines the pedagogical potential of neuropedagogical technologies in fostering functional reading literacy among primary school students. It explores the role of neuro-based learning activities designed to enhance attention, memory, thinking, and visual perception within reading instruction. Furthermore, the paper provides methodological recommendations for developing learners’ competencies in text comprehension, critical analysis, interpretation, and the application of acquired information to authentic real-life contexts.
